The room was clean and cozy, but the bathroom had a sliding door.

Truly enjoyed our time here. The hotel room was reasonably spacious, had a seating area, ironing facilities, and a couch bed. Everything was perfect and the staff were affable and helpful. It offered us convenient and good location just off restaurants.

Positive, The check-in was super quick, and the staff were very good, giving my family water after a long drive. The breakfast had tons of options, and my kids loved the waffles! The room was clean and cozy.

I felt safe here with my daughters, as the entire facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff were attentive and courteous throughout our stay. I appreciated the 24-hour coffee availability, a nice touch for any early risers or night owls. Having a partition in the King Studio Suite provided extra privacy.

The sliding door on the bathroom lacks privacy when showering!!! The barn door design isn't ideal for those valuing a traditional door for the restroom. Juices from the breakfast machine were disappointingly watery!!!

The King Studio Suite was pretty nice! The partition for the pull-out sofa was great for privacy, especially with the kids around. The room was clean and secure. Breakfast had some solid choices like omelets and waffles, but the floors needed a quick clean. The ambiance felt safe and cute.

This hotel is brand new and has a friendly staff. The full kitchenette was a fantastic addition for our stay. Enjoyed the excellent dining options nearby!

Wi-fi was fast, but the fitness centre was quite small for the crowd.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. The room was beautiful and quiet. Having coffee in the lobby all day was a nice touch! We loved relaxing by the pool and the outdoor area was perfect for family time. The only thing was the bed felt a bit firm for our liking, but overall it was a great experience ☕

The location was comfortable and convenient, right in the heart of Jackson with an extremely spacious room featuring a couch and pull-out couch.

My room had a nice TV with lots of channels, AC, and a TV where you could order movies online. the staff were really friendly and nice all the time. 😊.
